Drinking tea help strengthen bones

Human beings have a long history of tea plant cultivation and tea drinking. Drinking tea is a daily ritual for millions of people.

Tea seems to dispel the heat and bring of instant cooling, together with a sense of relaxation. Drinking is associated with increased bone mineral density, protecting against falls and fractures.

British studies have shown that for women tea drinking will help strengthen bones and prevents his fractures.

Experts said white tea packs more antioxidants than any other tea. White tea helps to strengthen bones, aids in detoxification; promotes healthy teeth, gums and skin.  Meanwhile, oolong tea may protect against tooth decay and strengthen bone structure by reducing blood sugar and tissue acidity which is the primary loss of calcium from bones and teeth or osteoporosis.

Tea contains fluoride and flavonoids that include estrogen-like plant derivatives that can enhance bone and teeth strength.
